David Morse's Story:
"On
November 13, 1968, I was severely injured when struck by a drunk driver and, afterwards,
only some muscle function returned. Over the years I have been through many rehabilitation
programs. There has been no form of rehabilitation resulting in the mobility I have gained
through the use of the Thera Plex Unit. I am able to walk with the aid of one
crutch. I am able to drive a car, and I am gainfully employed. None of this
would be possible without the controlled passive exercise generated by the Thera Plex

Belinda Henry's Story:
"I
am a 30 year old female and grossly overweight. However, that is only one of my problems.
I’ve suffered two strokes and a brain lesion. I have diabetes, heart problems
epilepsy, hypertension and I am partially paralyzed.
Two years ago, my physicians and my physical therapist delivered a rather unpleasant
prognosis concerning my physical condition. They told me that I could not expect any
further improvements in my condition. At that time I ambulated rather poorly through the
use of a walker and an AFO leg and foot brace. I was devastated.
Finally, I found out about Body Designer in New Iberia and decided to pay them a visit.
That was the LUCKIEST DAY OF MY LIFE. Today I am able to walk without a walker and
I’ve developed better muscle control in my right hemisphere.

two unsuccessful back surgeries, my husband, Benny, had just about given up entirely. Now
that we have our Thera Plex machine, he has gone from couch potato to working out

now and he’s improving more everyday. Before he could only walk a very short distance

Jenny's
Story:
"I’ve
had shoulder problems for the last 10 years or so, with limited range of motion and sharp
pain. I’ve used various supplements and had cortisone injections with little
relief. I’ve also had numbness in both arms when using them overhead.
After approx. 2-1/2 months of therapy at Body Designer, the numbness is almost completely
gone, my range of motion in the shoulder area is improved probably 90% and the pain is
gone. The sessions last 30 min. and are very relaxing and energizing."
